B. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
If you have an auto-renewing subscription:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancelation does not retroactively refund previous charges.
- Your premium access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
C. Billing Errors

3. Trial Periods (If Offered)

- These purchases are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem preventing access to paid features:

- Internet problems on the user's side
- Device compatibility issues where minimum requirements were not met

6. Attorney Referral Fees (If Applicable)
If you request to be connected with an immigration attorney:
- Our referral assistance or matching service is not charged to you. Any fees are collected from the Attorneys Office in the form of a "Referral Fee".
- Payment for legal services provided by the attorney is handled directly with the attorney and is not covered by this Refund Policy.
